My family loves this place. We come here often. Wait time not too bad. Doctors are great and know what they are doing.
Took forever! There weren't that many people there. And the cost was.ridiculous. 125 visit. Then to get a breathing.treatment and steroid shot was.93.
For such a big building there sure aren't a lot of people working here. Takes forever, Google honestly would've been just as if not more helpful.

Used them twice in the past and was very pleased. Used them yesterday and was VERY disappointed. I am still running a fever and that symptom was never addressed....only that I had "hay fever." I wet to another urgent care and discovered that I have pneumonia. I am so glad a sought a second opinion!!
If you are like me and spend thousands of dollars on healthcare per year, do not spend a dime of it here. My doctor of fifteen years moved out of state and I have used this place three times in two years during my search for a new family doctor. I am horrified on how the staff treats you here. My family has been to Physicians Immediate Med in Acworth many times, but today the receptionist, Dominique, screwed up! I knew before I went that we do not have to pay anything, but she would not take "no" for an answer. She wouldn't call my insurance company, but she did talk to my husband on my phone. She handed me back my phone and walked away while he was still talking to her. She gave me TONS of attitude after that, unprofessional!
