My mom made an appointment for me to get an X-ray after I was showing symptoms of a neck fracture after a car accident. We got there, and the VERY rude receptionist told us they couldn't even see me because it was a car accident, and that's "just their policy". They wouldn't accept my insurance because it was a car accident, and I'd have to pay $175 just to be seen. I have literally never heard of something like that for an URGENT CARE facility. My experience with this office was fantastic. I had a problem that my primary care physician would not attend to and the doctor at this facility took care of me and helped me until I can get to a surgeon. This office will become my primary care office.
The whole point in an online check-in is so people don't have to sit in a waiting room with other sick people. You show up at your appointment time. The text message system is supposed to let you know if your appointment time has changed. We've been sitting here an hour and a half... no alert. The receptionist says at least another 30 minutes. Do better!!!! This is ridiculous.
I was able to call ahead and get an appointment. I still had to wait about 30 minutes but since this flu season is so bad I didn’t mind. Once I got back they were very prompt and thorough. I will definitely go back if I need to.
I can't say enough good things about this immediate care clinic. They have have a life saver for me numerous times. They can always see you just about any time of day. They have x rays on site, medication distribution you coudlnt get at a walk in Walgreens clinic, and they can handle more intense situations. I've been there for everything from wicked sinus infections, fishing hooks in fingers, to a broken foot.. They have always been wonderful to me and I will go to them for anything. Thank you!
I have been using this office for about 4 years. The DR.s and Physicians Assistants are very friendly, professional and take great care of my medical need at the time I am there.
I felt like the customer service was very good. We were helped quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, the nurse was quick and efficient . We were in and out quickly
