Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of especially one MA, who was unable to correctly give IV medication or trouble-shoot an IV problem, causing me to not get a dose of medication. I called the manager and she assured me she would confront the person and call me with results of any action. I never got a call so assume nothing was done or that I was not believed.
