My mom has a $65.00 fee that I was not made aware of. They didn't disclose that the office doesn't take regular Medicaid leaving her with a fee. I asked in a phone call before coming to the first visit and I was told yes. I was told by their staff that they do take GA Medicaid. I'm pissed about this fee. We won't be back. While I figure out a way to have it paid.

RecommendedThe staff and Dr were friendly, welcoming, and listened, as always! I don't like spending my time at the Drs office, especially when I have to go to Atlanta to the VA. This is a wonderful and fantastic option for me. The Drs that I've met have listened to what I say, and what I feel is really wrong. The PCP at the VA does not take the time that I need, and will not order the tests that would give me the answers, wants to push meds that don't work. The Drs here care and go that extra mile to give you the best care!

We called to ask if they did X-rays. They said yes we do x-rays and we don't currently have a wait since we just opened. Got there and was told sure we do xrays and would be able to tell what is wrong but may not be able to treat it. WE WOULD send you to the er if we aren't able to fix the problem. Got back in the room and the NP/PA/ DR told us that she couldn't read the xray and would have to call us tomorrow to tell us what was wrong. While I take very seriously the damage that can be done by publicly criticizing a business, we had an experience today with Peachtree Immediate Care that I feel warrants sharing. My husband went in to be checked because he had a nasty cough for a few days and wondered if he needed a prescription to help get over his cold.. I called before he went to see if they had an x-ray machine and was told they did. We have used this location for over 10 years and it has changed hands a few times. Recently I took my daughter in for a sore throat. I received a bill showing they charged $224.78 just for the visit as there were no additional tests performed. When I called their billing service on December 12th I was transferred around and then sent to a voicemail. I left a message requesting a return call to discuss the charges billed.
