RecommendedWe drove 2 hours to see Janice from Peaceful Birthing in an accelerated class format! I absolutely enjoyed the class and felt better prepared for my second birth. My first birth was 27 hours while my second birth was 6 hours. This was LARGELY in part due to everything Janice, the book, and this class taught me. My husband and I took the accelerated hypnobirthing class when I was pregnant with my first in 2013. I have used the techniques now through 3 births, two at home and one in the hospital. Janice is a wonderful teacher and the knowledge from her class helped me to be able to stay calm and advocate for what I needed to have a peaceful birth even in the hospital setting.
Great educated support available for families certainly making a big difference in birthing experience.

The hypnobirthing classes and Janice's support as a doula were two of the best decisions we made to bring our sweet boy into the world. The classes were informative and helped shape my expectations of the birthing process and empowered us to make the best decisions for our family. Peaceful Birthing gave us confidence, strength, and a great sense of calm for our first time birth experience. Learning about hypnobirthing, labor, pregnancy and all that comes with the birthing process was very valuable to us. Although our birth plan was completely different from what we had planned, (emergency C-Section) we still found the information extremely beneficial to our experience.
