Great customer service
Ordered Christmas gifts in Dec 2025. Suffered 3 months of delays. Paid for an upgrade. Received a faulty unit. Waited 2 more months. Received a second faulty unit. PB Tech short-changed my refund, and though Tania Samatua officially escalated it to the Customer Services Manager two weeks ago, management has gone completely radio silent. Five months of terrible service and zero accountability for breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please have a manager call Josiah regarding WO9630077 immediately.
