If you need to make a return, be prepared for unnecessary questions that go beyond “change of mind.” Ken repeatedly pressed me for reasons and even gave his own answers for why I was returning. So, recently purchased Bambu lab 3d printer. Wasn’t cheap, only to find stock of filaments is absolutely rubbish, came away with a grey PLA only to find I was was sold PLA gf (glass fibre) absolutely no good for a first time. And as I opened box, didn’t return. Guess one day I’ll be able to use it. I was told nothing came with printer, opened box and they is 3 small reels in bottom. Great knowledge - had a problem on phone, scammed! Fixed in a minute. Totally recommend this company
In particular two staff members at the back service desk were amazing. Helped in store Thursday 17th am. Fixed problem with Samsung phone not being able to activate voice on Google maps. Works beautifully now. Not the phone but the car was the problem Thanks heaps guys. Will certainly go back for repeat business.
