Ordered a PC that for technical reasons was unavailable. Staff called me straight away and I got a free upgrade to a higher specification machine. Will definately continue to shop there. Just went to order a small peripheral, not in stock, ordered easily, will be here next. Great service.
My wife ordered a mother board for a computer being built by her grandson. She was sent and charged for 2 mother boards. I took one back today and they accepted it was their error. The cost that my wife was charged for each mother board was $222.86. They only refunded 212.76. Their rational was that they should not have to pay for the freight or the surcharge even though it was their fault. I believe this is a very dishonest practice. Poor quality laptop, malfunctioned after only 6 months. Their terms and conditions have Disclaimered them out of the consumer guarantees act. Two weeks to repair. I'd buy elsewhere that sells better products and refunds when the product is faulty.
Great service from Brian. Fixed my iphone charging port in a matter of minutes and was very friendly.
Came in around 2pm today and delt with someone who didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there not the nicest person don’t think I will be back to PBtech Tauranga they need to train there staff on customer service not impressed
