Had a problem with my phone, not able to rectify myself so PB came to the rescue without fuss and were very polite, helpful and quick. .Iwrecommrecommend
Steve T is a real gem! He’s super knowledgeable and always friendly. But, the folks at the front counter could use a little help. They’re not as accurate as they should be.
Went to PB tech to get power supply for laptop. The guy got a new power supply of the shelf, plugged it in and didn't work. He then got the technician who said I have to pay $85 test fee and motherboard probably broken. I thought this was strange as it worked last time I used my laptop. Ended up across the road at Noel Leeming. They sold me a charger that worked straight away. Service was cold at PB tech and nearly cost me extra dollars.
Unscrupulous returns policy to be aware of here. Took 10% “restocking fee” off my $800 refund on an unopened return. They get $80, and I get sod all. Won’t be going there again.
