Horrible violation of CGA and Fair Trading Act rights — worst experience of my life The St. Luke's branch is where the majority of my 80-day ordeal with PB Tech took place. In March 2026, I visited to request a refund for a repeatedly faulty laptop and was again told that three service jobs were required — a requirement that does not exist under the Consumer Guarantees Act and applies only to PB Care, their optional paid warranty, which I never purchased.
