I ordered a laptop from another pbtech branch and was urgently picking it up from St Lukes branch today. Philip at the counter was friendly and super helpful even though I was rushing in last minute, literally 13 mins before closing time with so many questions, but he didn't seem to be bothered at all and was willing to help. Excellent customer service! All the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were taken care of. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality digital and electronic products.

Walked in not knowing a lot about cameras walked out feeling like an expert thanks to Jonathon. Awesome stuff helpful as we’ll go out my way to come to the store because of him. Fantastic Customer Service is rare these days

I went to buy samsung s9 tablet and ask them to do a price match with a store in Penrose, they denied to do a match when they saw the price was very less then what they are selling it at, and that's how the staff lost a business of approx 1000$ and noel leaming beat them on their face with the price match. This is second time this st lukes store is not able to do a price match i bring it to them, stop advertising about price match if you can't beat your own cost lol.
