Visited PB Tech Petone recently and couldn’t be happier with the service! The store carries a wide and diverse selection of tech products, giving me lots of options to explore. Ryan was especially outstanding ！！！！He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, guiding me through my questions and helping me solve several problems I came in with. They sold me an expensive $200+ and poor quality HP keyboard, which unfortunately is beyond the one year warranty. But for an expensive keyboard, you'd think it should last over two years with no issues. I already have a loose key that doesn't stay on. All the staff member did was offer me a few dollars discount off for a new keyboard that I can't even afford right now. Service here has gone WAY downhill lately. Extremely disappointed with the post-purchase support at the Petone branch. I purchased a monitor that failed within 5 minutes of unboxing. The screen went completely fuzzy and distorted. When I returned it the very next day with video evidence of the fault, I was met with an attempt to charge a 40% "restocking fee"!!!
