Customer service was poor. It took too long to find someone to help me, and when I asked a question at the till, the staff responded with attitude and a passive-aggressive tone. I don’t usually complain or leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and left a bad impression.
I gave them my laptop to repair on 26 June, and confirmed on 30 June accepting the quote and go ahead with the repair. PB Tech's repair sheet says average repair time 7-10 days, but my job finish ETA was given 17 July 2025. The repair job: change motherboard and battery. I call on 18 July, and every subsequent day since, emailed them, lodged an enquiry and a compalint via their website, followed up - but nada. Poor service and a very messy store. It’s so hard to find what you need. Even the guy working there was struggling…
The worst customer service ever. Went to ask them to repair my motherboard as the ram slots were not working. 2 WEEKS WAIT to hopefully replace my motherboard. Completely their fault. Asked them for compensation as that long without main pc is really annoying. Emailed them concerning the issue over a week ago. No response just pay the premium at computer lounge or go to extreme pcs it's not worth it
