Very Disappointed – Misleading Advice and Poor Customer Service I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB from PB Tech St Lukes and within a couple of hours realised the colour looked noticeably darker than how it appeared on the website. Went in for a 3d printer. The gentleman who helped me went by Levi. He was very helpful. Browsed the filament section with me and helped me find the right one. Levi is a saint and scholar!
Terrible service, was appalled by the unprofessional and rude staff member. Repeatedly kept telling me to get the more expensive version of what I wanted and when I declined and stated my budget, he attempted to shame me. Truly appalling. Better off going to Queen Street branch, much more friendlier and helpful!!!!!! DO BETTER
