Their customer service in store is costing them retail clients. Yesterday I was reminded again why I avoid going to this store. I only do click and collect because PB Tech does have very competitive pricing. I bought a charger and went to pick it up, while in the store some items in a cabinet picked my interest; I stood there while staff just walked by me and didn’t offer help, when I asked a member of the staff - who was already serving a customer - how to find out the prices, he just told me I had to wait and not in a way ... read more
Easy parking no fuss shopping
I called into the te rapa store today as my phone on google maps was not speaking to me. Kind and courteous man had it going in 2 minutes. For a solo woman traveller it’s a vital tool and saves hours of wrong turns and stress. Very much appreciated sir.
Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a female. Sales techs are all “busy with other customers”.
