When I worked there I was sexually harassed and group bullied by the HR, store managers and some staff there. They also underpaid my wages through internal IT system loopholes. Took me to raise a formal Personal Grievance to claim my wages back. HR Manager essentially refused to provide store CCTV footage proof and denied everything that's happened. This BULLYING culture is NOT what NZ society should tolerate, and in this case it's a whole rotten company culture starting from top-down.

Went in today and got everything I needed to upgrade my home internet and set up my home office. Website was easy to use and the prices couldn't be bet - after lots of research, I arrived with a list and a plan. Joshua Bivugire was AMAZING! Worst customer service in glenfield, lady in the sales asking for 14$ to put a screen guard ,while their other stores put it for free and in all local stores too ,answer from them is it's a favour and this store is different from other . ,maybe they need to put a board outside special pbtech store ,Also sales lady have no idea about their brand and product

$129 Apple McAir Charger does not work. They said out of warranty for one year then refuse to assist anything. Poor Apple quality and horrible customer service!

The Staff here kept moving me from one staff member to the next… But the blonde girl who helped me was legendarye! Give her a raise!! but everyone else seemed very lazy. The store was cool
