Sales promoted me a cable few months ago, turned up to pick up several times but unsuccessful. Finally refund. Very disappointed. If you have neither stock nor shipment, why you selling it to customer keenly? Totally waste time.
Most disgusting behavior from retail assistant I've ever had. I asked a simple question and got laughed at. They tried to recommend me a overpriced and overkill product for my application and laughed at me when I said I want the cheaper more suitable option. Worst assistance 0 stars
the stuff is cheap, but service is lying. I specifically asked for external SSD to be Thunderbolt 4. They sold me the one which wasn't. in fact 40 times slower. be careful
During my visit to the shop to inquire about a product, the staff appeared to be in a hurry and seemed unaware that their manner could be perceived as rude towards the customer.
the staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable — many times i’ve come in and they’ve actually recommended me something cheaper than what i came in to get. i always check out pbtech before i go to the other electronics stores. thanks for being great 😁
