I had the clasp on my bracelet replaced here and received it back a week ago, sadly the new clasp has already broken and the bracelet is now lost (the original clasp lasted 3 years of everyday wear). Would not recommend for repairs.

I’ve had my engagement ring just over 10 years and counting and it’s as good as the day we bought it, I’ll always remember the excellent customer service, whenever I’m back in Oxford I always have a peek in the window!

I am giving this jeweller a well earned one star. Thi jeweller works with other jewellers and gemstone traders and dealers and when I showed interest shut the conversation down, not wanting to even look at mine stating "they could be conflict gemstones" nor wanting to sell any either. Quite offputting and repelling vibes for no reason.
