Dropped my dog off at 2:30 pm yesterday 11/10 and got a message that he would be ready at 6pm. I show up and he hasn’t even been touched by the groomer yet??? The guy looked at me and said if you want him groomed it will be another hour or so! I was in shock! My dog had just been hanging out for the past 3.5 hours for NOTHING! Of course I text Michelle to let her know what happened and no response! Very disappointed because we have been going here for some time now..

I took my dog here and I liked it until I heard what happened and I will never take my dog back here.
I have been bringing our standard poodle to Paw Spa since he was a puppy. I had heard about the allegations against the owner on the news, but had never had an issue with her or anyone else there before. Because of this, and because it is where my dog is used to going, I decided to give it one last shot. Great service, our dog had a really bad overgrown dew claw that he wouldn’t let be touched. Talk to them and they said bring him in, we were in and out in under 10 mins and for astronomically less than the vet wanted to trim his nail. Thanks again.
