An appointment was made for my two dogs. One was not completely dried so her back was a shade of light yellow. My male did not seem like he had been completely dried, either. (Completely drying this type of dog is the only way to get the undercoat out and get the white color.) When I took them to the car, I noticed that my Siberian's nails had not been trimmed. I brought my very matted cat in for a bath and cut and Paw Spa did a wonderful job! My cat had never been groomed before and I didn't think he would do well, but they were great with him. I would definitely recommend Paw Spa to other cat owners and wouldn't think twice about using their services again!

Our dog is a poodle/papillon mix who tends to get bad mats in his hair after several weeks. We used to take him to an different groomer who said he had to be shaved each time in order to get the mats out. (He would end up looking like a rat-dog for about a week after). Eventually we decided to try Michelle after hearing about her work - he came out the FLUFFIEST and softest he's ever been, WITHOUT shaving any of his hair! (We like to keep his hair longer). I brought my very spoiled white lab in for some deshedding and a good bath. Usually Kinley really doesn't like going to the growers and throws a fit! I have to walk behind the counter with her. The girl that checked us in were wonderful with allowing me to do that for her. I also liked how when I came to pick her up all the dogs waiting were out playing. It's so nice to see them be able to discover the place. She left super happy!!
