My dogs are always so clean and happy when they leave here! Highly recommended and very affordable for large dog rates!
Brought my water-hating German Shepard here after getting skunked & was shedding. They did AMAZING with her. Staff really kind and know there stuff , one of the girls even made my dog a bow that matched her collar ���

We dropped our dog and cat off at a 12pm appointment and they werent ready till 5pm. As we live 20 miles outside of pasco its not realistic for us to travel back and forth. We had ran errands and came back around 3 and was told it would another hour and so we came back was told AGAIN it would be another hour... our dog got a regular groom bath, desheding, and nails trimmed and he was still shedding like crazy that evening after getting home. We were satisfied with our cat getting shaved but over all it was a frustrating expe... read more

Extremely disorganized and they take forever. I made an appt at 10am, they said it would be three hours. Going on five hours later, I am still sitting in the parking lot waiting on my pooch to go out of town. ***say what you mean, or mean what you say*** **update** I got my dog back and they SHAVED him after I SPECIFICALLY said NOT to. I am SICK TO MY STOMACH. If the owner needs to be absent, then the owner needs to make sure she leaves behind trained employees- she is still responsible for their negligence. We do get very busy sometimes due to people showing up 20-30 minutes late, or with no appointment and claiming they have an appointment. They get angry when they find this out so we take them in. We are about pleasing people but there are two grooming salons on RD 68 and I think people mix us up. But when they say they booked an appointment here and we don't want them upset. I also have employees that get sick our their kids do (I'm a boss who puts my employees family first) , so they can't come in. Also we have dogs that co... read more
