The owner is charged with abusing animals. Sure it’s under new management but she is still profiting and that makes me sick. I hope this place epically fails. Do not support this business. Do not support this psychopath and let her continue profiting.

Paw Spa (of old) is about dead and gone and good riddance. However, Theresa, who was at Paw Spa West Richland before charges were brought against the owner, is now at Pasco. She is simply the best, nicest groomer we have met or used with any of our dogs. As long as you book with her, you will not be disappointed.
Great place to go if you want your beloved pet strangled into submission...or death.
