Extremely disappointing experience. I felt mistreated, especially as an Asian customer. My 1:00 PM appointment was delayed by 35 minutes doing nothing, if I had been that late, it would’ve been cancelled. I paid a lot expecting quality, but everything was rushed. The full hair dye I requested turned out patchy, with uneven black/dark brown shades which I never wanted that colour. I am OBSESSED with my new hair. Tiegan did such an amazing job and I am pleased to say I will be coming back here again!
I don’t come to the salon as often as I should but Tiegan does a brilliant job with my hair I was very happy. Plus my son loves the hot chocolate 🩷
