I was there today to replace the battery for my watch and the sales assistant was so lovely and friendly, actually everyone in that place are lovely and helpful, the collections of jewellery and watches are brilliant very beautiful pieces. All in all, great service and very reasonable prices.

I took my Mum's Omega Constellation watch into Paul Andre's Jewellers today to have some links taken out of the bracelet so I could wear it. The guy who served me was very pleasant and professional. The bracelet was altered and a new battery fitted with no fuss. I am now wearing my Mum's watch which I must say fits perfectly and looks very good, thanks to Paul Andre Jewellers. Also very reasonable too. Many thanks

Not only does this shop sell wonderful pieces of jewellery it also has excellent customer service. Helpful, friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If only more shops displayed such qualities. I highly recommend Pail Andre.

The staff in Paul Andre were very kind and helpful. I popped in this morning after having some trouble taking off a ring that I purchased from them a couple of years ago. They quickly and neatly cut it and explained to me that they’ll be able to send it for an easy repair. Thank you again very much!

A simple new watch purchase then subsequent product faults that over the duration turned into a costly and unpleasant experience. All due to an unscrupulous and underhand approach to customer service, and resistance to notifying manufacturer due to the shocking admission of used faulty watches being sold as NEW....
