My experience with the technicians at Chaffee was awful. The furnace they had sold me a few years earlier stopped working and started blowing cold air. The technician were rude, neither wore a mask, and ultimately failed to fix the problem. I am out $300 and still have no heat. Find another HVAC provider.
I am so thankful for Chaffe Air. I called them after hours when our heat was not working in a new house for us and Temperature was really cold out. Luka was the technician who came within 2 hours the same evening. He cheerfully assessed the situation. He got it running and identified that we needed a certain part so it would run consistently. I was told that it was going to cist $250.00, which was bad enough. But once the work was done it was raised to $325.00. The only positives were that they were quick to cone out and get the work done. Hence the 1 star.
