Had routine maintenance performed on furnace. Technician called on his way with an estimated time of arrival(30mins early); arrived right on time. Tech was professional, friendly and listened to concerns. After completing the maintenance he explained everything he had performed and took payment.I used another competitor in north Knox county who has a famous historical persons name; they did good work but were very pricey. Heat unit was making funny noises. Contacted Chaffee Air as recommended by my appliance guy, Myron. Technician, Greg D. assessed the problem quickly, offered a couple of options and repaired it the next day. Had to order the part or he would have fixed it sooner! Purrs like a kitten, now!
