Great service, great selection I read the reviews and wonder if they actually set foot in the place. It is a great place to shop for wedding dresses. Patricia the owner is a dynamo who knows more about dresses than any shop I'd been in. She was so helpful and nice. She has a huge selection of dresses and very good prices. I found at least three dresses that I absolutely love. I am going back with my mom to make the final selection.

wonderful experience After going to few bridal shop in Maine and New Hampshire I finally went to Patricia buck bridal I was terriefied to go there, but someone told me to try it anyway. so I did, I dealt with Patricia herself and found out she is really lovely a little red head lady that was very charming. the collection is huge, I went at the end of the day, she was nice enough to stay late for me. Awesome!!! After reading the reviews I was very nervous about this business. I needed to have a dress sent to me a couple of states away, and I was a last minute replacement in the bridal party. After reading about mixed up note cards etc. I was afraid the phone call was going to be a disaster. unproffessional we just bought the brides dress and bridesmades dresses through patricia bucks bridal shop and the service was extremely unproffessional. kathleen asked us to bring cash to finish paying for the dresses while patricia was on vacation and told us her life story to try to help us make up our mind to bring cash. she said she was sick of not getting paid. that tells me two things 1 that patricia is not takeing care of her responsibilities and 2 that kathleen is takeing money behind patricias back. either way it w... read more

AVOID! DON'T GO HERE!!! Customer service lousy ONE example being my friend was told to throw her wedding gown (not the sample) over a dirty plastic chair in a dirty changing room by the sales lady instead of the sales lady coming in & assisting in hanging it back up, the place is very old & filthy. most merchandise VERY outdated. Avoid this shop!

STONEAGE BRIDAL Terrible!!! Records keep on index cards, incorrectly and resulted in a major mess. When approached about the mistake they blamed it on the customer! Unless you want to be pulling your hair out the day before your wedding, don't bother! I'd rather chance it with online ordering!
