Patricia Buck Bridal is poor customer service Horrible customer service....beautiful dresses but I would not suggest doing anything but buy the dress here, if you need alterations go somewhere else.
STONEAGE BRIDAL Terrible!!! Records keep on index cards, incorrectly and resulted in a major mess. When approached about the mistake they blamed it on the customer! Unless you want to be pulling your hair out the day before your wedding, don't bother! I'd rather chance it with online ordering!
wonderful experience After going to few bridal shop in Maine and New Hampshire I finally went to Patricia buck bridal I was terriefied to go there, but someone told me to try it anyway. so I did, I dealt with Patricia herself and found out she is really lovely a little red head lady that was very charming. the collection is huge, I went at the end of the day, she was nice enough to stay late for me. "Beware" Update!! I wrote the review "Beware" and I have a little update for you. One of my bridesmaids lives in VA. Over two weeks ago she was told by Patricia that her dress would be shipped the next day and that they would call with a tracking number. They never called and the dress never arrived. They kept giving my bridesmaid the run-around on the phone so I wrote Patricia an email stating exactly what I want and told her I would call every hour until its done. 2 Thumbs down to Patricia Buck Bridal I was not impressed at all! The place was a cluttered mess! There were 4 or 5 women working there. One completely occupied with a newborn baby. No one was offering to help us and there were only 2 other customers in there besides us. When we did need help we had to wait forever to get it. The lighting downstairs was wretched. gorgeous dress, great service I found my experience to be totally different from what I read here. The staff was helpful and professional. I found the perfect dress at a better price than I found at another store. The owner was so nice to all of us, including my mother in law who is a little...umm...demanding. My dress arrived and it is gorgeous. No problems with the alterations or the bridesmaid dresses. All in all, I'd give Patricia Buck Bridal a big thumbs up and a big thank you!
unproffessional we just bought the brides dress and bridesmades dresses through patricia bucks bridal shop and the service was extremely unproffessional. kathleen asked us to bring cash to finish paying for the dresses while patricia was on vacation and told us her life story to try to help us make up our mind to bring cash. she said she was sick of not getting paid. that tells me two things 1 that patricia is not takeing care of her responsibilities and 2 that kathleen is takeing money behind patricias back. either way it w... read more
Bad Business Don't bother, this store is filthy, owner is not professional. If you do dare to enter the twighlight zone make sure you know her refund policy-she keeps it all, no matter the reason-no refunds. She will give you a credit but good luck trying to get her to give you proof of such credit. Patricia Burke is the worst "business person" I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I think previous reviews are family members.
Awesome!!! After reading the reviews I was very nervous about this business. I needed to have a dress sent to me a couple of states away, and I was a last minute replacement in the bridal party. After reading about mixed up note cards etc. I was afraid the phone call was going to be a disaster.
