WARNING WARNING: My experience with Patricia Buck's Bridal was far from pleasant. Patricia had offered to order a dress that was not in stock under the condition I place a 50% deposit. At the time of order she had educated me I would be able to receive a refund or place the funds towards an additional dress if I was not satisfied...well, she happened to order the wrong style (similar to the dress I had requested) followed by a "refusal" for return/refund. The worst shop I have ever been to. I have been to Patricia Buck on a couple of occasions with friends and for myself. Let me tell you...they are incredibally rude there. Especially if you simply want to check out the inventory first. That seems to be their sign NOT to have a second of their time for you thereafter. Lord, forbid that you mention that you are on a budget. You are sent into the dark and musty basement to look at the old smelly out dated dresses. RUDE RUDE RUDE HOW THE OWNER OF THIS STORE RUNS A BUISINESS IS BEYOND ME. SHE WAS RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, AND UNHELPFUL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING.
Beware..! Brides beware...my wedding is in June and dealing with this place has been extremely stressful. The people are nice enough (except the owner, who is clueless), but they are disorganized! "Beware" Update!! I wrote the review "Beware" and I have a little update for you. One of my bridesmaids lives in VA. Over two weeks ago she was told by Patricia that her dress would be shipped the next day and that they would call with a tracking number. They never called and the dress never arrived. They kept giving my bridesmaid the run-around on the phone so I wrote Patricia an email stating exactly what I want and told her I would call every hour until its done. HORRID SERVICE! I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Not only was the owner very rude, she wont fess up to her own mistakes! Our bridal party was measured and they ordered our dresses three weeks later, so we had to pay a fee on a rush order for them to be altered. To add salt to the wound, the dresses had to have massive alterations (which cost half of the price of the dress...) because the store ordered dresses that were much too big. 2 Thumbs down to Patricia Buck Bridal I was not impressed at all! The place was a cluttered mess! There were 4 or 5 women working there. One completely occupied with a newborn baby. No one was offering to help us and there were only 2 other customers in there besides us. When we did need help we had to wait forever to get it. The lighting downstairs was wretched. Horrible Service I went with Patricia Buck because they have a great selection of affordable wedding dresses. After dealing with them for 3 months, however, I now realize they have to be affordable to get any business because the service is horrible. Twice I had made appointments with them, and then found them too busy to help me after I drove an hour each way to get there.
