Mine was Ok...So far... I bought my wedding dress at Patricia Buck Bridal. So far, it's been an ok experience...The lady who helped us was very attentive. So the store looks a little crappy (looks like old sheets hung up for the dressing room curtains, very cluttered, not very well lit) but don't let that put you off. Beware..! Brides beware...my wedding is in June and dealing with this place has been extremely stressful. The people are nice enough (except the owner, who is clueless), but they are disorganized! They keep everything on postcards, write in pencil, and clearly have no record keeping skills. The wrong dress came in the first time (for me) - of course, they blamed it on the designer. Major Rip Off - Stay Away! My wife ordered a dress, paid 100% down and two weeks later was told the dress was ruined in transit. She went in to try to find something off the rack, received no help from the owner and asked for her money back. The owner told her there were no refunds, even for a product we never received, only store credit. When I went in to talk to the owner she basically said "Too bad" and walked away. Our next call will be to the Maine Attorney General's office. STAY AWAY from this store.

AVOID I almost didn't have a wedding dress because of the lack of professionalism and customer service at this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I cannot say ANYTHING positive about this store or the staff. My dress arrived late and when I put it on, discovered that it had never been altered, as we requested. The "second" dress we got from Patricia Buck was altered poorly. I could barely get the store to call me back about the status of my dress after spending thousands of dollars. Total disaster.

What a Gem! Not fancy inside but wonderful friendly staff. My favorite two dresses are ones they selected for me! We were told not to worry about numbers of dresses I tried or even closing time! I'm from BOSTON and I would tell anyone it's worth the trip.
RUDE RUDE RUDE HOW THE OWNER OF THIS STORE RUNS A BUISINESS IS BEYOND ME. SHE WAS RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, AND UNHELPFUL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING.
