Bought a layered bangle from shop, one layer of detached from another to took it back for repair. 1st staff said £30 charge so i negotiated it down to £20. When i was about ro make payment, owner walked out of his office & said no cost will be £30. I said price already agreed with staff & he became loud & rude in front of other customers saying you broke it, no fault of our’s so pay full. No respect for staff! Poor lady’s was so embarrassed.
