Brian of Pat the Plumber came out to check out what we thought was a backed up sewer. Fortunately, it ended up that there was no problem but Brian did everything he could to make it happen to be sure. He also explained what they would do if it did end up being a problem later. I have used Pat the Plumber on numerous jobs and have always found all of their employees to be prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Pat's is our new go to plumber. Our 45 yr old home needed a new sewer line. Company #1 cleared the line, ran a camera and gave us a bid. Pat's came out so we could get a second opinion. They also ran a camera and gave us a bid. Company #3 had a whole different solution. 3 weeks in to making this decision, Pat's was the only company to check in and educate us until we felt comfortable enough to choose. They finished today! Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and professional in every way.
Very professional and easy to talk to. They always kept you informed as to what was going on and when things would happen. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.
I recommend this plumbing service without reservation. We have used them multiple times for huge jobs and small jobs; they are always prompt, attentive, courteous, do excellent work and solve the problems without complications or difficulties, and charge fairly.
