Clayton was very professional and knowledgeable as was Andre the person who videoed the pipes and showed us what the problem was and offered solutions.

We would like others to know we were very pleased with the work that Pat's Pluming Co. has done for us. They are very knowledgeable and are very efficient. There was very little waiting time for a service person to arrive, once we called and they do a nice job of cleaning up when finished.
I was pleased with the professionalism and promptness of Pat the Plumber services. After examining, Seth clearly explained all of my options, including the least expensive option of trying to repair my garbage disposal versus installing a new one. He successfully repaired it saving me hundreds of dollars.
Excellent service both in home and office manager. They seemed genuinely concerned about scheduling an appointment quickly and within my time frame. The project was completed quickly and I was kept apprised of the progress.
The Staff was very friendly. After experiencing problems with my old 19 yr water softener system, they sent Clayton out to check it out the same day. We needed a new one. Brandon was very helpful in explaining the Hydrotech water softener system to me. We had it installed the next day. Clayton was also very helpful in answering my questions about the new system.
