Seth and Robert did an excellent job on planning my visit, coming as soon as possible and fixing my water heater leak. They were friendly, very approachable and able to meet my schedule so we could both be at the site on time. I have seen complaints about being too expensive and the truth is that any service like this is what it is nowadays. The difference is the people and how their Company delivers. WE HAD A HOT WATER LINE LEAK SPEWING OUT WATER AND CALLED PAT PLUMBING. THIS WAS AFTER 4:30 P.M. THEY HAD THEIR SERVICE TECH CALL US. WE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THE TECH (BRIAN) SAID THAT HE COULD BE HERE SHORTLY. BEFORE HE ARRIVED A FRIEND WHO IS A PLUMBER CALLED US AND SAID HE COULD HELP US. ABOUT FIVE MINUTES LATER BRIAN (PAT PLUMBING) SHOWED UP. WE EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE HAD HELP ON THE WAY AND APOLOGIZED TO HIM. HE STILL CAME IN AND TURNED OFF OUR HOT WATER SO IT WOULD QUIT SPEWING OUT AND LOOKED AT OUR PROBLEM AND ... read more
They did a great job and were professional and prompt.
We had a plumbing problem that needed immediate attention. Our usual go to company was unable to help us. A friend recommended Pat Plumbing. The answering service was good, the office staff was great as was the technician who responded in a short amount of time and fixed the problem. We are quite pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
