Was very pleased with their service.
I just had Pat's Plumbing out for a slow drain issue and they were great. From the first call with Robert in the office to Russell fixing the problem everyone was friendly and professional. Russell explained what was needed and got it done. He also left the area cleaner than when he started.
Pat the Plumber, handled my need for a hot water replacement with right away and right on service. From the time I started an on-line chat with their website and the completion of the installation of the new water heater, 4 hours elapsed. We had leaky corroded faucets and our water bill was rising from all the water they wasted. Trey from Pat the Plumber installed excellent new kitchen and bathroom faucets and repaired a leaky toilet also. He was on-time, showed us our options, gave a detailed/written estimate before he started, completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time, and now we have excellent sinks.
Had a great experience with Torey M with Pat the Plumber. Very professional and industrious. Not only did he fix the problems that we called about, he also identified another problem that he was able to correct. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to my friends.
We have used Pat the Plumber several times for our sewer drain. Whoever comes is always courteous and helpful. They do the work quickly and are careful to keep our home as clean as possible. We have had another company come and the workers were not always as careful about our home and not all of them seemed to have a good understanding of what they were doing. We also appreciate a set price of $99 for a sewer clean out.
I have used Pat's several times in the past, twice this year. Both times have had excellent service from plumber and the from the admin. Will use them again if needed and do recommend them for their services.
Over all did a fine job of routing out my basement floor drain. Seth took the time to explain why there is a problem and suggested a product that might help.
Seth was WONDERFUL. He also had great help from Andre! It started looking like a $2,000 job. I said I don't have that. Seth worked, and worked, and worked at clearing my drain with water, and was successful. I paid the transportation fee, and he set me on a monthly drain cleaner. He spoke about the mission state of his owner: to provide the best service at the lowest cost.
