Negative stars if it was possible. Pat, the owner, does not want to hear an honest opinion from an established costumer that has spent a lot of money with his company. Pat is condescending and tries to put customer in her place when voiced opinion after being asked by him and after he apologized for his own company missing an issue 6 months earlier that put health of family and home at risk. Last year Pat's plumbing revamped my 25 year old AC system. The system developed a refrigerant leak over a year later. Thomas and Daniel went above and beyond the call. Russell and Aundre came out in 7 degree weather to trouble shoot an ice clogged drain. Russell was unable to move the ice, but recommended using the camera to scope the lines. In comes Aundre ***** who was able find the problem and educate us about the importance of a clean out drain as ours was cracked with no cap, this allowed freezing of all our drain lines. The technician for Pats Plumbing Heating and A/C showed up in a timely manner, explained what the process involved then promptly worked on fixing the issue. He was friendly and helpful in resolving the problem and will call this business again for same situation.
We bought our house in July and had both plumbing and heating inspected and serviced by Pat the Plumbers crew. They have been super to work with and very helpful. Will continue to work with them for all our future needs.
Pat the Plumber has provided us with a number of services over several years. The office staff has always been professional and assured the technicians were identified and were on time. They have inspected plumbing and a/c, repaired and/or replaced toilets and sinks, and installed a new HVAC system. In all cases, they were professional, listened to our questions, explained anything that needed to be explained, and left our house in good shape. Plumbing is expensive, but Pat's work was a good investment in our home.
Russell T was very personable, professional, right to business, diagnosis Quickly, up front pricing, felt at ease right away. Could tell he knew what he was doing and kept area of work very clean. Made sure afterwards he cleaned and picked up everything. Everything back in place as he found it. This experience left us with the feeling we will sure call Pats Plumbing In the future if cause arises. Job well done !!!
