I recently went to a car show and saw the q60 and fell in love with this car! I spoke w/Remi and immediately formed a friendship before talking any type of buying of a car and that meant a lot! Dealearship was AWESOME! very professional and FRIENDLY! I would refer anyone to this Dearlership REMI is an awesome salesman to work with!!! and you don't get this to often!!
I had my car serviced on 01/27/18, and it was exceptional! It's so refreshing to get outstanding customer service. I was only scheduled for a service recall, but they changed my oil, rotated my tires AND washed my car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!
Excellent service, but oil change took little longer than I expected it 1 hr. Overall service was GREAT
Love this place! We've been coming here for the past two years or so and they've never screwed us over. They've always been very honest and upfront with us. They have a comfortable waiting area with free snacks, bottled water, and use of a coffee machine. We're on a first name basis with one of their service attendants! The people there are kind, courteous and provide great customer service. We don't hesitate to come here for the smallest issues and believe that coming here has prolonged the life of our vehicles.
I went in with the expectation my vehicle would be there all day, so I had my daughter drive out there with me so I could run my errands while my vehicle was being serviced. I received a call within 2 hours that my vehicle was ready for pick up! The customer service waiting area is very relaxing, clean, and they provide snacks. Customer service was on point! Joe was very professional and personable.
It was an okay experience but our salesmen, am older African male (forgot his name) was very inattentive and had no motivation to sell. Felt as if we were being looked down on and he didn’t even try to up sell. Took my business to the Suitland location and had the car transferred from Alexandria because Suitland treated me much better.
