RecommendedUnfortunately during this pandemic it was evident that I needed a vehicle sooner, than later. Purchasing a certified vehicle while working with Brian, Mike, Betty, and Garry was an outstanding experience during a challenging time. I am very grateful to each of them for their professionalism and patience.
Bought a vehicle and received a survey asking if I was satisfied or not. I responded that I was not satisfied and gave a couple of reasons and got no response, no thank you or we will provide a solution to your issues.
My latest visit to Passport Infiniti, solved all of my issues and took care of the recommended recall. The staff was susuperb. I give them a solid 10.

My husband and I were unfortunate enough to have a vehicle die on us during the holiday season and also while I was sick with no voice. While at Passport INFINITI of Alexandria we had a wonderful experience with Ivana who was so kind and helpful with all of our questions. She even brought me hot tea while we waited. Zamir in finance was equally as gracious and rounded out a terrific car buying experience. Wouldn't hesitate to travel out of town to purchase from this dealership in the future!
The service at Passport is the best I have experienced in my over 60 years of driving. Mr. Drummond is consistently courteous and professional, and above all we TRUST him and his spot on recommendations. We never feel that we are paying for services we don't need. My wife and I never want to deal with anyone else besides Gerry Drummond. We purchased 2 Infinitis from Passport on the same day and they have never been serviced any place else. Thanks Passport! We're sold.
