You just cannot get better service anywhere else. I only wish they would service my Ford truck too �. Jon Connor and his team are wonderful to work with and I always know my best interests are at heart. I will continue to buy Infinitis just because of Jon and his exceptional service.
This dealership has always treated me well and taken care of the very few problems I have had with my car. I highly recommend them!
Good service and on time as requested. Provided me a loaner and called in 2 hours to say it was ready. I only wish they would have run it thru the car wash and possibly wiped it down but I'll ask next time I go in for something. Love the FX37 though..fun to drive and I love the driving response.
I have been a customer of Passport Infiniti of Alexandria for the past eight years and faithfully come to their Service Department for maintenance of my FX35. The service is excellent. That is why I continue to come back. Their diagnostics have been accurate, their resolutions have been sustainable, and customer service has always been professional. There are many other Infiniti shops that I could go to that are much closer to my home, but I prefer the services received from Passport Infiniti of Alexandria.
