Check engine light came on, they handled it! Took care of a few other things too! Appreciate how they didn't try to sell me things my car didn't need that other shops claimed I needed! Asked salesperson about the items, he had them checked out and turns out I didn't need them! Great customer service! Definitely will be returning!

Went in to get an airbag light checked out needed some modules and sensors replaced, excellent experience, bided my time test drove a new vehicle which I am definitely purchasing soon. Even better their coffee machine is hands down the best I've ever seen. They provide snacks and water and have very comfortable waiting area. Little things like this matter to me and make the experience very pleasant.

I was TOTALLY WOWed with the service/treatment I received from Garry Drummond at Passport Infiniti of Alexandria! I own a 2006 M35x, which has been giving me a little trouble. I took it to them for repairs and the loaners that John provided were definitely at the top of the line! My Infiniti taste buds are popping. I feel VERY special when I walk into the Service Department! Totally Grateful
