Joe in the service dept is the best! He worked with us and has gone above and beyond dealing with a complicated situation. He called me to give updates and answered emails even on his days off. I live in southern Maryland and drive my QX56 an hour and a half just to go to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. I won't go anywhere else.

I just bought a pre-owned Infiniti G37 from Forest at Passport Infiniti. It was an excellent experience. Forest was very knowledgeable and great to work with. My experience with Zamir was also top notch. I will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
Always a great experience with the service department and especially Jon Connor. Very professional, courteous and provide real value in service, making sure you are taken care of and so is your car in a timely, efficient manner and a real straight shooter. After the many times I've been there I've never driven out without feeling like my time, my car and my concerns weren't met. Will go back to Passport as long as I own an Infiniti in the area. P.S.
