Took my car to get diagnosed. Norman a tech there; diagnosed it. I told them to fix it. They charged me 510.00. One week later, my car doing the exact same thing. Infiniti won't take them blame for their mess up. Now they asking me to pay an additional 600.00. Not good service at all. I am so pissed at them. Wont be using them again EVER! They in the business of selling cars; not fixing them!!!
I've been using Passport Infiniti for about the last 10 years. I recommend them without hesitation. The cars are beautiful, the service is tip top, highly responsive to any need.

Syed is a liar. They won’t fix anything in the car but tell you they did. They just reset warning lights. Won’t return calls. Won’t admit they’re wrong. They have a F rating with the better business bureau... BUYER BEWARE
Excellent overall experience. Said and Jayda were great to work with. Drove 4 hours to get my new QX80 and they have been very helpful solving a few minor issues after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership!!
