This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Passport Infiniti of Alexandria, and my fourth Infiniti overall. I am a customer for life. The staff here, from the sales team to the finance team, are amazing. They made me feel valued and not like they were just interested in making a sale. I feel like they did their very best to make sure I received a fair price for my trade in (a Porsche Macan) and went out of their way to find me different incentives for my new purchase. I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world!
