Really disappointed had a set of biab and after 5 days one nail has completely peeled off. I drove back to ask them to fix it explaining I have important meetings Monday and was told to come back laterm if a bad set or poor work has been raised I would expect an apology and customer service at a level to accommodate my time when all I needed was a quick fix. Uneven asked if they could quickly put a clear coat on to try and save it so I could come back later in the week. No one apologised and I will now have to pay elsewhere ... read more

The lady who waxed my eyebrows and did my nails was efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced and it didn't take too long either. :)

been there before and had no problems however this time i feel i’ve been ripped off. nails look rubbish and was charged £42 just for french tip acrylics. this would have been an okay price but i overheard several other clients getting both acrylic and french tip (and with added details) that were charged almost 10 less than me.

Having had my nails done at another salon in town for the past 3 months I decided to use Passion to see if they were better as I wasn't overally happy with my last set of the service at the previous place. The experience at Passion was so much better Ricky talked through the options and differences between the products they offer and all the staff were very friendly. I walked out happy with my nails and already looking forward to returning!

I haven’t used Passion many times in the last few years, and I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. I am mostly happy with the nails I ended up with, they are pretty and do look like the picture in most aspects, so I’m not complaining about that at all. I never usually complain anyway, but on this occasion even though the nails are acceptable I feel the service was not. I had my pedicure first which was fine, actually quite relaxing and turned out great, although I did only ask for French tips so I feel this would be hard... read more
