James is an excellent driving instructor..He is calm, patient, and explains everything clearly, which really helps build confidence behind the wheel. He makes lessons enjoyable while staying professional, and always provides helpful feedback to improve driving skills. Absolute terrible company. So unresponsive to any communications and after my instructor failed an exam, I lost a driving test and was told I'd be charged £25 for a refund of the lessons I lost out on. After 1 month of chasing a reply and new instructor I was told there was nothing and tried to pass the blame on to someone else.

for xmas… Bought my son 2x2hour lessons for xmas 1st lesson he couldnt fit in car as too small (yaris) he did have a 2 hour lesson learning controls the instructor told png he needed a bigger car second lesson another small car turned up and the instructor said it would not be safe for him to try and drive and cancelled lesson png now say because the instructor turned up thats it no refund no lesson .more money to send a bigger car disgusting.

Booked my sons first lessons a 2hr slot, when the instructor arrived my son couldn’t read a number plate from 20 meters away si the instructor couldn’t take him on the lesson. He is only 17 this is his first lesson and he has never had problems with his eyes so how were we supposed to know this. The instructor told us to contact pass n go as it was nothing to do with him now, we did this and said could we be refunded or credited with the £70 to take lessons when he had been and got glasses, they point blank refused to do any... read more
