Where do I begin. The aisles look bare and somehow cluttered at the same time. Full of worthless balloons that look as though they could pop easily and made from cheap foil. Never more than one staff member front of house at a time. Customer service is abrupt and seems as though I’m banished from the shop. The lighting is dingy and there is an odd smell. I wouldn’t recommend when Card Factory is across the road. At least it’s colourful.

Bought letter balloons pre-ordered from this shop. Rekha was professional and helpful throughout, she went the extra mile and videocalled me to give instructions on how to fill them with air.

Very good experience for what was on our part very last gasp and an undecided theme, there were two visits from us to this outlet, both times were pleasant and unpressured. We agreed a theme, they set up and cleared up after in a timely and good manner. Very friendly throughout. Definitely recommend this business.
