Poped into Party Palace as my wife unexpectedly went into labour and gave birth to a baby boy. I wanted to try to surprise her on they're return home but didn't have much time as it was coming to 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. I can honestly say Rich went out of his way to make a balloon arch which turned out amazing. A true talent and a gentleman all for a reasonable price. Good selection of balloons and accessories for party's both children and adult. Friendly service just think they could stock a few more things. Apart from that worth popping in for a browse.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean shop and adhering to social distancing. However I am unhappy with the price I paid for the balloons, I paid £23.60 for two number balloons and one birthday banner, the exact same balloons with the same labels on the bottom are sold in home bargains and blown up for you for 4.99 with the exact same weight for 59p. Home bargains are making a profit by selling for 4.99 so I just don’t think it’s acceptable for the same balloons to be sold for at least double the price 😔
