Very very disgusting behaviour asked for the money back and doesn’t even pick up the phone anymore just let’s it ring out never seen a bigger tramp then this booked and never turned up please make sure you don’t book with this guy before you lose out on your money I lost mine just trying to help others not be in my postition
Absolutely disappointed with the no correspondence, took the full payment for the three packages however only turned up with a plain candy floss cart, the lion mascot and bouncy castle wasn’t there, fully took the piss, have contacted several times to be refunded but I’ve just been fobbed off. Was booked for my nephews bday I’ve never felt so let down before, definitely won’t be booking again! No customer service id give a 0 if I could.
The best party hire company i have used. They are extreamly attentive and very informative regarding the services they provide. Most other party companies I have used have been uninformative and very aloof. However this company catered to all my needs and if they couldn't, made great alternative suggestions. I would recommend this company to everyone
