We cannot thank Simon and Abigail enough for helping us execute our dream wedding. From the moment we stepped into the Mansion House and Simon showed us around we knew we were in good hands. We felt completely supported and encouraged to plan the day we wanted to have. And what a day it was!! The venue, the food, the crémant!! It was perfect. Parsnip Mash are an absolutely amazing caterer - top class! We had our wedding with them at the Mansion House two weekends ago and they were excellent all all fronts. Thanks to Simon and Abigail for organising it and Zoe and Verity were flawless sorting out everything and delivering on the day itself. Simon was chef for us and for sure it was some of the tastiest food I've ever had, a serious chef this lad. Completely fantastic catering service. Food for our wedding was exceptional, all guests raving about it then (and some still). 3-course dinner, canapes, evening pizza and drinks, all delicious. All went smoothly as well with the various dietary requirements, which was great. On-the-day team incredibly professional and friendly, including the casual waiting staff - clearly a great working culture there. Would recommend for absolutely any event- yum.

Abigail and Zoe were extremely helpful and fast in responding to all our queries in the lead up to the wedding. They ensured that everything was set up to run smoothly and were very efficient.
