Fantastic service to all their customers. Nothing is too much bother. Kelvin Clarke has been great to deal with, real attention to detail. Highly recommend.
So far little response from company about their involvement with the development at Clarendon Gardens, but staff keep turning up at site, 25th July woke me up at 06.17.
Shame this company are still failing on fixing defects....8 months with no response from Parrotts for myself and my neighbors have said similar timelines - Private homes, not through a housing association, built on their old site in Bedford just minutes from headquarters. What's the excuse now? Cracked walls, sinking driveways, roof tiles sliding off houses, incorrectly fitted kitchens. This ruins what was otherwise a good attempt from Parrotts to mend defects previously.
