Parkway Volvo Service can't be trusted. I have had an ongoing oil leak with my vehicle. They completed repairs and assured me the issue was resolved. Less than 3 months later I find out that the work completed was not done. Part of the service included replacing the timing belt and now need to have it replaced again!!! They will not honor their word or acknowledge their neglect to fix my car. Keep in mind I have been a customer since 2000. This isn't the first time I have had issues but it is my last!!!
I would like to say Thanks again to Parkway Hyundai, and Ms. Joann Robinson. The best Sales Consultant ever. Ms. Joann you went above and beyond to help me. Again I thank you. Monita Colvin
Went for service there for the first time since moving to Wilmington and it was a great experience. Katy was my service advisor and she was awesome.
I can not say enough how AWESOME this group of people is. I purchased my outback Saturday and literally drove it 4 miles off the lot and someone rear ended me. All though it is not Parkways issue they jumped in to help me out. They truly care!

First time buyer here at Parkway. Finally decided to replace my '04 Sante fe with a '17 Sante fe sport. Nicole and Brandie Rae couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Here's to hoping we enjoy the new one as much as we do the 04... thanks for a pleasant beginning
