Great folks to deal with. Glenn and Marcus knew the product, answered all questions we had. Have worked with Parkway on service with our hyundai and with the purchase of the volvo, all dealers could learn from the Parkway model on how to treat customers.
We had a great experience at Parkway Hyundai of wilmington, NC. Joann was patient, knowledgeable and very resourceful. The Santa Fe that I wanted was indeed limited. There were only five in the entire country: AWD, Limited, Ultimate package, in Black with Gray interior. Joann did here magic and after various transactions with other Hyundai dealers, she got our car. Picked it up yesterday and it is beautiful! A BIG thanks to JoAnn, her manager and the rest of the crew!
I had bought my 2010 Hyundai at Parkway and decided it was time for areplcement. The salesman (Mitchell) saw us what he had in stock. He was very pleasant to deal with. He gave us everything we were looking to get. Very enjoyable expierence. Will defintely go back when its time to trade again.
I'd give 1 star if I could. My husband and I have purchased 5 cars from Parkway Volvo. My husband's has turned out to be a lemon. We had to replace the engine to the tune of $9500. Parkway said they had no idea what was wrong with it, but they felt it was a manufacturing issue. You'd think if it was a manufacturing issue we would not have had to pay. But we did. This place lives for customer service. It is awsome!!
Mary Margaret and Joanne were a joy to work with! They made the purchase of my new Azera effortless and completely stressless! My brother had bought a car from them, my dad, who lives in South Carolina, was also working with Joanne. He drove up to purchase his car when I spotted this one. I thought it was a perfect fit for him and it ended up being such a great deal I drove off the lot with the new car before the end of the day!
