I just picked up my third Volvo in a row. I can't say enough good things about Volvos and the Parkway dealership. From sales to service, everything and everyone is Five Star! My new S60 is unbelievable. It has all the safety equipment you can imagine. It alerts me to objects in front, behind and beside the car, as well as warning me and slowing down the vehicle if I get too close to the car in front of me. It's all amazing technology! It love it....
Great customer service from knowledgeable folks who've been there for years! The vehicles are always a buyers first reason to stop in a dealership, but the service is just as important! Mary Margaret, Glenn, Mitch, Brent, Marcus & Leroy are a great group of folks ready to help, always!
I've never experienced such wonderful customer care at an auto dealership as we contemplated a new car purchase. Every single employee was positively responsive to us, with no sense of pressure to buy, but by far the best is our sales consultant Greg Price. It's almost hard to believe that new car buying could be so pleasant...plus we love the Outback. Thank you
I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Stevenson Mazda and took it in for a recall last week. Well while servicing it some how my from bumper and grill got cracked and yes I am a 100% sure it wasn't like that. My boyfriend went and talked to Casey the service manager and all he wanted to do was argue with him and told him to claim it on insurance. Guess that's what they tell people when they cause damage. Will never recommend them.
Great buying experience. Went in with my 09 Subaru Forester and came out with a 2016 Subaru Outback. Limited. Craig Nelson was excellent and while I was going to purchased a used outback in the 13 or 14 model years. Craig showed me for a few more thiusand the new 2016 have better mileage better ride. He showed me the lease to buy approach on a new vehicle. Craig Nelson is a good Coach
Salesman Bob Hart is a 10! Sales Manager Jim was also a 10! I won't even think about going to another dealer! Parkway Auto is the best-hands down. Thanks to all at Parkway!
