My husband and I were delighted with our experience at Parkway. Our salesman, Craig Nelson, was kind, cordial, professional, and low-pressure. He was responsive to our questions and worked ably with our credit union to secure a loan for the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We recommend, without reservation, Parkway and Craig. Should we be in the market for another vehicle, this dealership would certainly be our first stop for a look-see.
Our 2012 Hyundai Sonata recently broke down in North Carolina, Engine went! I had the car towed to Parkway, and since it was a Sunday, I stayed in Wilmington and went by the dealership the next day. Josh in the Service Dept. had already had the car looked at, and advised me the motor was gone. Hyundai replaced the engine due to a recall, and Parkway got me a rental car.
